Welcome to Ravda

Ravda is a small coastal town in Bulgaria, situated in Nesebar municipality, Burgas Province. Ravda is a small seaside resort on the Black Sea, located 3 km from Nesebar and 5 km from Sunny Beach. 30 km from Bourgas airport. Ravda used to be an international centre of children tourism and vacation, and within the last years it is becoming more and more popular among the tourists coming from both Bulgaria and many other European countries. The beach is covered by fine golden sand; everyone can use sun loungers and tents for sun protection, while safety of the vacationers is provided by the rescue team.
In the first place Ravda is known as a resort for children and youth with a large sports base. The sun, water, and homely home at the seaside - a perfect place for family vacation.The beach is covered by fine sand, and the dunes stretch along the shore reaching the ancient town of Nessebar. In summer at the resort of Ravda around 5,000 tourists enjoy themselves; these come mainly from Czech Republic, Slovakia, Macedonia, and Germany. The tourists stay mostly in small private hotels.
Location in the direct vicinity of a large resort makes Ravda a rather attractive place of rest. Ravda is one of the most prospective destinations for large-scale investment into hotel business, for it is the second closest point to the Sunny Beach resort (after Nessebar); here one can observe active development of expensive hotels and restaurants. The tourists stay mostly in small private hotels.
In Ravda there are many cheap restaurants, 3 disco clubs (the most famous one is called “Varvari”), and a small market. Prices for accommodation, catering and services are approximately 2 times lower than those at the Sunny Beach, while location in the direct vicinity of a large resort makes Ravda a rather attractive place of rest.
In summer one can take local lessons of sailing, surfing, swimming, rowing, and water skiing. In Ravda there are many restaurants and disco clubs, and a small market.
On the outskirts of Ravda there can be seen melon plantations and wineries; here you can buy fresh melons and watermelons, various fruits and vegetables directly from the manufacturer.
Ultra modern yacht port is expected to be delivered at the Black Sea resort of Ravda within the upcoming two years and a half.
